If your current vet records are valid through October 24, 2025, please attach a photo or pdf. Vet records should show dogs with current rabies vaccinations or titers. If not current thru October 24, 2025, please bring a current copy with you to the seminar. We also recommend your dog is on heartworm prevention and flea/tick prevention for the seminar itself. And please NO DOGS IN HEAT.

The CSAR seminar and the Twin Cedars Camp have the following rules regarding attendance at CSAR 2025:

* Must be 18 years of age or older to register for seminar.

* All rules and regulations of the host camp will be followed.

* All dogs must be crated in cabins, no loose dogs.

* No dogs allowed in any bathrooms.

* No tie-outs in camp or at training locations.

* Dogs in vehicles with open windows/hatches must be crated/contained.

* Dogs must also be leashed or crated at all times around the camp. No loose dogs at any time at this facility. ONLY exceptions are during a training exercise where that dog is working under supervision of the class instructor.

* NO DOGS IN HEAT.

* All attendees must pick up their dog's waste in any public areas on camp or properties secured for training.

* Vehicle parking only in the Twin Cedars Camp designated parking lots.

* CSAR and the Red Dirt host team reserve the right to dismiss a dog team for aggression to another dog or person. No reimbursement will be given.

The cabins at this camp are counted for registered students and ONE DOG, so if you are staying in camp please DO NOT bring additional dogs unless they will be staying in your vehicle.

HOUSING OPTIONS (all onsite options have access to restroom and shower)

Note: 2025 CSAR MEMBERSHIP will be verified during the February 15th to March 1st member only registration period. NON-MEMBERS who register during this period will have that registration Cancelled & REFUNDED AND their registration eligibility set for March 8th, one WEEK AFTER open registration begins for all other NON-MEMBERS.

FULL Registration fee is $515**.

** $500 plus a $15 fee to cover the cost of electronic registration, 2025 CSAR Members will receive a $50 discount (reducing the total fee to $465) by entering the discount code provided in the CSAR member registration email in the "DISCOUNT CODE" space provided below.

CANINE GOOD CITIZEN (CGC) TEST

I am interested in a CGC test at the seminar if it can be available and understand that fees would be collected at registration.

REGISTRATION WILL BE REFUNDED MINUS $100 UP TO THREE (3) WEEKS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SEMINAR. AFTER THAT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS.
